Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Exchanges
If you have changed your mind or received a gift but would prefer something else, you can exchange it/them for items totaling up to $100 Canadian dollars, for something else. This is done by returning it
unopened, undamaged, with proof of purchase and in the same condition and strong box or equally safe method, by an express delivery method so that the product is not left in transit for a lengthy period. It must be sent within 7 days of receipt. You must pay the return postage or delivery fees and provide us the tracking information. There are no walk-in exchanges or returns.
Returns & Refunds
Sales are final. If anything is damaged upon delivery, please contact the Courier Service and if they are unresponsive within 7 days, please send us a copy of your message to them and email us a photo of the damaged product and a description of the damages. We may follow up with them too.
The exception would be if we sent you the wrong item. In that case, please let us know within 7 days so we can remedy the situation as soon as possible.
Also, If you are not happy with your product when opened, please email us, just in case we have a possible solution that works for you. We appreciate the opportunity to hear from you directly.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. The exception would be if we sent you the wrong item. In that case, please let us know within 7 days so we can remedy the situation as soon as possible.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, but we will strive to get information from the shipping company in case they will reimburse you for the shipping you have incurred as soon as possible.
