Shipping Policy

So called “Free Shipping” isn’t free. It actually means that those fees have to be wrapped up in higher prices for everyone. That’s not fair. Why should you pay towards someone else’s shipping/delivery expenses? With us, you don’t.

We only charge you the shipping price that we pay. We do not mark it up.

We ship through various providers. If you need to use a shipper that we have not listed, you can message us in advance to see if we can make other arrangements.

International Taxes and Tariffs

If there are no taxes or tariffs showing up in your shopping cart, this means our apps could not calculate this yet. We apologize. We are striving to find a provider for full checkout calculations.

Processing Time & Shipping Time

Please allow 2 – 3 days to process your order before shipping, though we aim to process more quickly whenever possible. We process and ship on business days.

Please note: We do not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times vary by provider. If your delivery seems to be running late according to the estimates the shipper provides, please contact us.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is not included by us but is limited to whatever shipping method chosen and if applicable the limits they provide. If there is a problem let us know as we’d like to try and help resolve it.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number.

Damages

If the shipper has lost your items or damaged them, please let us know. If the shipper needs your involvement to reimburse you, we will get the details they require from you. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods as the shipper might require that for a claim.
